Youth Leadership & Youth Voice
Magnified Giving’s founder, Roger Grein, has often said “you make a difference, just by being who you are.”
We challenge you to actively integrate identity development, leadership, and youth voice into your service-learning. Empower your students to explore their interests and discover how being the best version of themselves serves their community.
VIA CHARACTER STRENGTHS
Visit Viacharacter.org to take a quiz, or simply ask your students to identify their top strengths. With the VIA strengths, it is stressed that everyone has all 24 strengths, but some are stronger than others. By identifying our strengths we can apply them to life!
Character Survey– youth and adult versions available
Mayerson Academy has developed complete programs that use the strengths to develop your student’s social-emotional learning skills. Check out their resources or consider a consultation if that interests you and your school.
