Lake County Free Clinic exists to address the unmet health care needs of the residents of our community by providing no cost quality medical and dental care.

Besides providing healthcare, we have a case management department that meets with patients to help address any issues with housing, food, transportation, and any other expenses that could be related to their healthcare.
