Any comments about your selections you would like to share with the student philanthropists?
Dragonfly’s main mission is to support children and young adults (birth to age 40) who are pediatric cancer patients AND their families. We have also developed our Student Programs to work with schools and youth programs to promote kindness, compassion and philanthropy and educate them how important it is to be kind to everyone. Our Dragonfly patients and their siblings have experienced bullying and unkind behavior towards them so we want to educate students on how they can support friends or family who are experiencing the trauma associated with cancer and the need for treating everyone kindly!
