What is the mission of your organization? | |
The mission of Easterseals serving Greater Cincinnati (ESGC) is to break down barriers to employment, inclusion and self-sufficiency for individuals with disabilities, individuals with disadvantages and veterans. We work passionately to address each individual’s specific needs, and to create solid, sustainable outcomes that will improve their quality of life. By empowering individuals to find gainful employment and to become self-sufficient in the community, Easterseals is reducing unemployment and welfare demands, breaking the cycle of poverty for local families, ensuring diversity and inclusion in the workforce, and creating a stronger community.
ESGC is a direct-service organization, benefitting the community by providing programs and supports that make profound, positive differences in individuals’ lives. 100% of the funding raised for our programs and services is used locally. |
